The Dupere Law Offices specialize in representing school systems throughout Massachusetts in all aspects of Education Law including as General Counsel, Labor Relations Counsel, and Special Education Counsel. We also represent municipalities as Labor Counsel. We are located in Westfield, Massachusetts.
The firm represents a wide range of school systems and municipalities that vary in diversity, funding, and size. We develop close relationships with our clients so that we have detailed knowledge of each client. This enables us to assist the clients in many facets of their needs including assisting in professional development through client seminars, examination of student and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws, and representing the client in negotiations, litigation, and administrative appeals.
Company History
In 1985, Fernand J. Dupere, Esq. opened the Dupere Law Offices in Agawam, MA. He was later joined by his sons Russell Dupere, Esq. and Adam Dupere, Esq. as well as Kimberly Roche The office is now located in the Westwood building in Westfield, MA, and has flourished. The law office currently represents approximately seventy (70) school systems and many municipalities throughout Massachusetts. We are one of the few firms in Massachusetts that specialize in education law. The Dupere Law Offices continue to provide its clients with exceptional service and legal advice.
